Abstract

This article is devoted to the study of the principle of the right to freedom of movement, as a concept of human rights that includes the right of people to move from one place to another on the territory of a country and to leave the country, including the possibility of returning, including change of place where the individual lives. This analysis required the study of the national jurisprudence and EEC, member states of the European Union of third countries, because this fundamental principle is one of the scientific freedoms that the European institutions are investigating, considering that visa restrictions may affect these freedoms. The author identified what implies the application of this principle in all the procedures regarding minors in close connection with respecting the principle of the best interest of the child.
