Abstract

This document provides information about a clinical trial study that is currently ongoing but not yet recruiting participants. The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of CYTALUX (pafolacianine) in identifying cancerous lesions in individuals with gastrointestinal cancers and peritoneal carcinomatosis during cytoreductive surgery. The trial is a pilot, single-arm, open-label study and is in the early phase 1. The primary outcome measures include sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, and accuracy, while the secondary outcome measure focuses on the safety and tolerability of the intervention. The study is being conducted by the Chao Family Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of California, Irvine, in collaboration with On Target Laboratories. [Extracted from the article]
