Neuro-Behçet's disease with atypical subcortical nodular lesions: A case report and treatment approach.

This article presents a case report of a patient with brain lesions that were difficult to diagnose as either neuro-Behçet's disease (NB) or tuberculosis (TB). The patient was treated with high doses of steroids for NB, as well as anti-TB drugs, despite a negative TB test. A brain biopsy confirmed Behçet's disease, and the patient's condition improved with higher doses of steroids.
