Abstract

Employers are maintaining their investments in employee well-being despite economic pressures, focusing on holistic benefits and improved employee health. The survey found that family-forming benefits are on the rise, with 76% of employers offering these supports in 2024 and more planning to add them in the near future. Global employers are working towards consistent well-being strategies, although regional differences in employee needs present challenges. Employers are also addressing social determinants of health, expanding mental health support, and considering lifestyle spending accounts to enhance well-being. Overall, employers recognize the positive impact of well-being investments on employee health, engagement, productivity, and healthcare costs. [Extracted from the article]
