Polarization Volume Hologram (PVH) waveguide is an innovative liquid crystal‐based diffractive waveguide designed for augmented reality (AR) smart glasses, showcasing exceptional optical performance and simplified fabrication process. This presentation offers a comprehensive overview, including its working principles, advantages, performance optimization, process development, challenges and opportunities.
