Abstract
- A case report published in Reactions Weekly describes a 42-year-old man with schizophrenia who developed sinus tachycardia while being treated with clozapine. The patient's symptoms gradually responded to the medication, but he experienced persistent tachycardia. As a result, he was prescribed ivabradine for the tachycardia, but after 5 days of treatment, he developed delirium. The ivabradine was discontinued, and the delirium symptoms improved. The patient continued to be treated with clozapine and showed improvement in his schizophrenia. [Extracted from the article]
