Abstract
- A report from Capital Medical University in Beijing, China, discusses the value of improved nursing measures and enhanced nursing management in reducing adverse events during pediatric infusion. The study analyzed data from 130 children who received infusions and found that the group receiving improved nursing interventions had significantly lower rates of fluid extravasation and infusion set dislodgement compared to the control group. Additionally, the observation group had higher compliance rates and satisfaction levels among children and their families, as well as a lower rate of complaints. The research concludes that improving nursing measures and management can effectively reduce adverse events in pediatric infusion. [Extracted from the article]
