Abstract

In this research paper, discussed about how different mechanical parameter like forces, stress etc. affect the deformation of use aluminum square tube in modified mattresses during patient handling and how square bar maintain patient straightness against deformation. Generally we see in medical care, big task is shifting of patient place to place & is a labor intensive work. Big health issues problem created directly or indirectly like increase stress in muscles, back neck problem, damage of shoulder of staff as well as patient. Usually while dislocating patient from place to place that time staff & patient associated with skeletal and muscular disorders. More hospital problem should not be straight, is used to drive safely according our requirement. Our main keyword of this paper is removable aluminum square tube which used in modified hospital mattresses which act like energy absorber/load absorber. Every element has different bending capacity; energy absorption capacity and it work according to those characteristics. Using bending analysis & simulation, calculate the required size of aluminum square tube which will absorbs the patient load. Paper Study aim to provide a better exact solution for staff having taking minimum effort during patient handling & financially save hospital about using costly fully automated instrument. Research study proposes new advanced model of hospital mattresses through mathematical calculation & simulation of 3-dimensional modeling using advanced software which will minimize the manual handling of immobilized patients.
