Abstract
- The author comments on the transmission of information. He says that the incorporation of automata and state diagrams in information transmission can be useful. He believes that the general theory of transmission automata can be created to detail the features of different schemes. He argues that it is possible to develop proof procedures to determine performance characteristics and for the reliability of automata.
