Abstract
- This presentation illustrated a proactive approach carried out by the Electronic Resources Management (ERM) team at the Arizona State University (ASU) Library, which resulted in a reduction in the volume of tickets from users. The discussion included details about the systematic process of handling various e-resource projects carried out by the team, challenges encountered, and recommendations to assist institutions in providing uninterrupted access of e-resources to their library users.
