Abstract

This document provides an overview of an ongoing clinical trial that is investigating the use of mobile applications and behavioral interventions to improve outcomes for patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA). The trial aims to determine if personalized behavioral interventions and remote health coaching can help sustain the improvements achieved through physical therapy. The study will assess the impact of these interventions on patient-reported symptoms and adherence to knee-related exercises. The trial is expected to be completed by June 2029 and involves investigators from across the country. [Extracted from the article]
