Abstract

Despite the presentation of consumer nationalism models, its dimensions and various components are still not well understood. The purpose of this article is to identify the factors, components and consequences of consumer nationalism with an emphasis on resistive economy and accordingly to present a conceptual model based on it. In order to carry out this research, in addition to an in-depth study using the metasynthesis method, in order to identify the factors, components and consequences of consumer nationalism, the fuzzy Delphi technique was used and the opinions of 25 experts were used to refine the factors and components. The survey was carried out in four stages and the results of each stage were refined using the formulas of fuzzy Delphi method. Finally, the model of consumer nationalism with emphasis on resistive economy, with 37 components and 5 influencing factors, psychological factors, mixed marketing factors, social factors, resistive economy factors and political factors was designed and as a proposed model for consumer nationalism and with Emphasis on resistance economy is presented, in this way, in our country, while analyzing the existing situation and optimizing the effective and successful research in the field of consumer nationalism development, it is possible to present improvement plans and measures.
