Abstract

The article discusses the increasing demand for responsible business practices from various stakeholders, such as governments, investors, communities, customers, and employees. Service organizations are adopting more responsible business practices aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) to address global challenges. The role of governments in setting regulatory standards and providing incentives for sustainable practices is highlighted, as well as the influence of investors in advocating for sustainable business practices. Engaging with communities, aligning with customer expectations, and involving employees are also emphasized as important factors in responsible business practices. The article emphasizes the importance of transparent reporting on sustainability activities and the need for continuous innovation and adaptation.
