Abstract

When the large-diameter slurry shield passes beneath the special risk sources such as the national active trunk railway, the disturbance to the soil around the excavation surface of the shield will result in lagging settlement and other situations, which raises extremely high requirements on maintaining stability of the railway subgrade, avoiding uneven settlement of the surrounding soil and controlling additional structural deformation. To analyze the settlement factors of the large-diameter slurry shield passing through the existing railway and master the method of con-trolling uneven settlement of the ground surface during the proximity passing, based on the large-diameter slurry shield in Beijing East Sixth Ring Road passing through the Beijing-Harbin Railway, the influencing factors of settlement, stress on the segment, stratum disturbing stress circle, elastic settlement calculation and calculation of water pressure at the cut are studied respectively through simulation and theoretical formulas, as well as their influence on the undulation law of the ground surface, and control technologies such as excavation parameter optimization, ground-penetrating radar detection, secondary backfilling of deep holes and clay shock are proposed, which provides a reference for the project of large-diameter shield passing through active railways and special risk sources in the future.
