Abstract
- To solve the problem of abnormal cracking of composite parts in high and low temperature environments, a thermodynamic simulation analysis model is established to reproduce and analyze the problem of cracking phenomenon of composite parts, and optimization measures are drawn up. The research shows that increasing the wall thickness of the composite material and de-creasing the contact area between the metal part and composite material can meet the requirements of high and low temperature environment adaptability of the part.
