Abstract
- Due to the ability of hydraulic drive systems to provide high power and high torque, they are widely used in the drive of construction machinery vehicles, but the traditional hydraulic system drive method has the shortcomings of low efficiency and high costs. With the booming development of domestic new energy motor supporting technology in recent years, the cost and quality maturity of motor speed control have been continuously improved, which also extends the operation mode of motor driven hydraulic pumps somewhat. In this context, to solve the said problems, on the basis of extensive research on existing hydraulic systems of construction machinery, the operating principle of hydraulic systems of typical construction machinery vehicles is analyzed, a regulation and control method for hydraulic system drive of construction machinery that uses motor speed regulation to satisfy the pressure and flow demands of the hydraulic system is proposed, and the studied control method can play a practical role in reducing overall costs, improving operating efficiency and saving system energy consumption.
