Abstract

Against the complexity challenges of diverse man-machine engineering evaluation of different construction machinery cabs and in view of problems such as high investment in the pre-evaluation stage, low efficiency in the evaluation process, rigidity of the evaluation method and insufficiency of the feedback system, a comprehensive man-machine engineering simulation platform is developed. Through in-depth analysis of the types, functions and installation characteristics of manipulators in practical engineering applications, starting from the dimension chain strategy, a modular slide platform structure is designed, precise control strategies are integrated, and specialized industrial software is developed to achieve precise control, acquisition and display of the dynamic response of the system. Practical application evaluation shows that the system has significant efficiency and performance advantages over traditional manual methods in terms of reducing prototyping, responding quickly to design changes, outputting man-machine dimension chains and sup-porting multi-model evaluation.
