Phase 2 Single Arm Trial of Adjuvant Nodal Irradiation Alone in Post Operative Oral Tongue Squamous Cell Carcinoma.

A clinical trial, NCT06485778, has been launched to test whether limiting standard radiation therapy to exclude the surgical site can reduce side effects caused by oral radiation in patients with oral tongue squamous cell carcinoma. The trial will also investigate if this approach affects the rate of disease recurrence and measure participants' quality of life through questionnaires.
