Abstract

This document provides a summary of two separate studies on organizational learning and management. The first study examines the implementation of Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) and the different types of learning that occur during this process. The second study focuses on the significance of providing physical and mental safety to employees in order to enhance corporate performance. Both studies offer practical implications, such as the need to address conflicting values and the importance of double-loop learning. The document concludes by summarizing the key takeaways from both studies, including the importance of workplace safety, fostering relationships within organizations, and promoting double-loop learning.
