Premier Energy, MORE to buy Romanian solar plants.

Romanian company Premier Energy Group and Greece's Motor Oil Renewable Energy (MORE) have reached an agreement to purchase an 86MW solar project portfolio in Buzău County, Romania. The portfolio includes two solar projects with a combined capacity of 86MW and 18MWh of energy storage capacity. Premier Energy's subsidiary, Alive Capital, will oversee the development activities, with commissioning expected in the second half of 2025.
