Abstract
- This article explores the concept of hybridization in insurance contract law, specifically focusing on the regulatory framework for insurance contracts in Serbia. The authors argue that the current unified regime for insurance contracts is inadequate and fails to protect the interests of consumers. They suggest that insurance contract law should be regulated separately from general contract law and should include provisions that guarantee additional protection for consumers. The article also discusses the importance of market conduct rules in ensuring fair practices in the insurance industry. Additionally, the article provides a list of references and citations from various sources that cover different aspects of insurance contracts and consumer protection, making them valuable resources for researchers in this field.
