P‐15.4: Failure Analysis of OLED Module Display Edge Bluish and White Spot at Outdoor Weathering Test.

With the continuing prosperity of OLED display markets, the reliability demand of OLED display turned to be increasingly diverse. The outdoor weathering test is a type of light exposure test to measure the radiation durability, and also is a threat to the polymeric materials [1][2]. During the test, as the testing duration increased, the OLED display luminance decreased, meanwhile the edge bluish and white spot(fig.1) failure occurred.
