Study on Progress of Railway Regulations of European Union on Mainline Railways.

Centering around the EU regulations on mainline railways, the paper reviews the development process and changes of the railway regulations of the European Union and summarizes the targets of regulation formulation in diff erent stages, with focus on an interpretation of the currently applicable EU regulations and an elaboration of the characteristics and changes of the latest regulations system.
