In recent years, artificial intelligence has become the most important topic when it comes to the use of future competitive information and communication technologies. The central challenge for future use of artificial intelligence is to develop suitable application scenarios, turn them into prototypes, and then, in the next decisive steps, develop operational applications that are productive. This paper aims to explore the competitive benefits of using artificial intelligence and suggest potential strategies for achieving business success. The results of the analysis showed that top companies are working to use artificial intelligence not only through people specializing in computer science and mathematics in operational processes but also, for example, through low-code environments to allow employees to gain their own experience in artificial intelligence management and get initial ideas implemented in prototypes.
