Abstract
- The article focuses on improving health care equity by providing culturally sensitive care for displaced persons, including refugees, immigrants, and migrants. It emphasizes the importance of treating patients with dignity and respect, tailored to their diverse cultural backgrounds. Key barriers to health care access for these populations are identified, such as language barriers, lack of health insurance, and unfamiliarity with the U.S. health care system.
