SIBA Energy lands financing for gas-fired plant in DR.

SIBA Energy Corporation has secured long-term financing for a gas-fired power plant in the Dominican Republic. The financing consists of three tranches totaling DOP$4.1 billion ($69.1 million), $188 million, and $40 million. Lenders involved in the project include various banks and investment firms.
