ROOF buys 13MW operational solar portfolio, UK.

London-based Atrato Onsite Energy (ROOF) has acquired a 13MW operational portfolio of solar PV systems for £9.3 million ($11.8m). The portfolio includes 3 solar assets with a 10-year average remaining contracted term. The systems together will produce 10GWh per year, enough to power 3,800 homes and avoid 2,200 tonnes of CO2 emissions. The deal was financed with part of a revolving credit facility (RCF) obtained from NatWest.
