Sansera Engineering has announced the closure of its trading window in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed for designated persons, employees, and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2024, until 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2024.
