Abstract

A recent study conducted by the University of Montpellier in France explored the feasibility of assessing the quality of life, neurocognition, and psychopathology in patients with low-grade glioma (DLGG) who were receiving first-line temozolomide therapy. The study found that the participation and adherence rates to the assessment were high, indicating that patients were willing to undergo the evaluation. The results showed that first-line temozolomide therapy had limited short-term effects on quality of life and neurocognition. However, further research is needed to confirm these findings in a larger cohort and over a longer period of time. [Extracted from the article]
