Abstract

This article, published in Vascular Medicine, discusses the case of a patient with two idiopathic internal mammary artery (IMA) aneurysms. IMA aneurysms are rare and often caused by medical procedures or underlying conditions. However, this patient had no history of trauma or vascular pathology. The aneurysms were successfully treated using an endovascular approach with coils. This case highlights the importance of considering IMA aneurysms in patients without clear etiology and suggests that endovascular treatment is a low-risk option. [Extracted from the article]
