Abstract
- This article explores the use of hemoperfusion and continuous veno-venous hemodiafiltration as potential treatments for chlorfenapyr poisoning, a toxic insecticide that can be fatal. The article presents a case study of a 15-year-old patient who ingested chlorfenapyr and was treated with these methods. While the treatments were able to reduce the concentration of chlorfenapyr in the patient's blood, the patient ultimately died due to complications from the poisoning. The article emphasizes the need for further research on the toxicology and treatment of chlorfenapyr poisoning, and highlights the severity of this type of poisoning. [Extracted from the article]
