Clearvise acquires German solar park.

Clearvise, a Frankfurt-based independent power producer, has acquired the Wolfsgarten solar park in Germany from Altus Renewables. This acquisition is part of a larger deal that also includes the Heiligenfelde solar plant. Wolfsgarten, developed by Altus, received a building permit in July 2023 and construction was completed in April 2024. The solar park operates without tariff subsidies through a power purchase agreement. Altus will continue to manage the facility.
