Abstract
- A report from Tianjin University in China discusses a new method for amidation of imines using Oxone and CuO. This method is environmentally friendly and selective, allowing for the synthesis of amides without affecting other functional groups. The research demonstrates a wide range of substrates, including pesticide and drug molecules, with yields ranging from 32-90%. The study was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. [Extracted from the article]
