A study conducted at London Metropolitan University explored the use of Playmobil pro, an innovative modelling kit for adults, to enhance intercultural awareness and cross-cultural communication skills among international multilingual students. The study involved 35 students who participated in two Playmobil pro workshops, where they presented themselves and worked in groups to explore intercultural differences. The findings revealed that Playmobil pro facilitated intercultural communication, particularly in the post-COVID-19 era when students may be hesitant to engage in face-to-face classes. However, students expressed the need for more time, support, and resources to fully express their ideas.
