Left atrial appendage closure in a patient previously implanted with an interatrial shunt device: a case report.

Patients with previous interatrial shunt device (IASD) implantation may face greater challenges during future left atrial interventional procedures. Herein, we report the first case of left atrial appendage closure (LAAC) in a patient with previous IASD implantation.
