Approximation of r-th order dead time system using generalized Laguerre functions.

The aim of this text is to show that when approximating a stable r-th order LTI system with one r-multiple pole and with a dead time (DT), the approximation using the generalized Laguerre Function (GLF) for large DT gives better results than using the simple Laguerre function (SLF).
