Abstract

A recent study conducted by researchers at the University of the Punjab in Lahore, Pakistan, explores the role of ethical leadership in shaping employees' innovative work behavior within organizations. The study examines the relationship between ethical leadership, psychological well-being, and innovative work behavior, using data collected from 384 employees and their supervisors in Pakistan's IT sector. The research findings reveal a positive impact of ethical leadership on innovative work behavior, mediated by psychological well-being. The study also highlights the moderating role of perceived organizational support in this relationship. The research provides practical insights for managers and emphasizes the importance of adaptable leadership strategies and the integration of ethical leadership into HRM practices.
