Abstract
- A study conducted at Zhejiang University in China has developed a new method for predicting the inhibitory activities of small molecules against a panel of 67 epigenetic targets. The method, called AMGC, outperforms other machine learning models in terms of predictive and generalization abilities. The researchers have also created a user-friendly online server for the epigenetic target fishing service. This research was funded by the National Key Research and Development Program of China, the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), and the Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities.
