CHIPS Manufacturing USA Institute Competition (DOC).

The Commerce Department's National Institute of Standards and Technology is accepting applications for the FY24 CHIPS Manufacturing USA Institute Competition. The competition aims to establish and operate a CHIPS Manufacturing USA Institute focused on digital twins with integrated physical assets and computational capabilities.
