Abstract
- A clinical trial, NCT06424379, is being conducted at the Hospices Civils de Lyon in France to study the impact of BCL6 gene rearrangement in various types of non-Hodgkin lymphomas (NHLs). NHLs are a diverse group of cancers, with follicular lymphomas (FLs), marginal zone lymphomas (MZLs), and diffuse large B-cell lymphomas (DLBCLs) being the most common. The study aims to analyze and classify these lymphomas through histopathological and molecular analysis of tissue samples. The eligibility criteria include being diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and having a rearrangement of the BCL6 gene. The study is currently active but not recruiting new participants, with an estimated completion date of June 30, 2025. [Extracted from the article]
