Native collagen XVII complex ELISA: An approach for diagnosis and monitoring of anti-integrin β4 mucous membrane pemphigoid.

MMP is an autoimmune blistering disease that primarily affects mucous membranes. The ELISA system utilizes the epidermal basement membrane zone protein complex derived from keratinocytes and can detect autoantibodies targeting integrin β4.
