Abstract

The article offers information on labor externalization in Uganda, particularly its potential impact on driving the country's agroindustrialization agenda. Topics discussed include the reasons for labor externalization; its consequences for migrant workers; and Uganda's efforts to leverage this phenomenon for economic development, especially in the context of the National Development Plan III (NDP3).
