Abstract
- This letter, published in Clinical Neuroradiology, discusses a case of an 8-year-old girl with Noonan syndrome (NS) who presented with episodes of headache. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed three lesions in the cerebellum that showed changes in size and signal intensity over time. These findings are consistent with focal areas of signal intensity (FASI), which have been previously observed in patients with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1). The letter highlights the occurrence of FASI in NS patients and provides further evidence of their evolution and change over time. [Extracted from the article]
