Abstract

The structural and electrical properties were studied in ferroelectric composites based on barium and strontium titanates with the addition of boric anhydride, which were synthesized by low-temperature sintering. The obtained materials are promising for creating electrically controlled metamaterials with bulk ferroelectric inhomogeneities. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
