Management of facilities and infrastructure at Al-Azhar Islamic secondary high school 22 Sentra primer East Jakarta.

This study examines the management of educational facilities and infrastructure at SMP Islam Al-Azhar 22 Sentra Primer East Jakarta, which includes planning, procurement, and maintenance. This research uses a qualitative approach and a descriptive method. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that procuring educational facilities and infrastructure in the school has applied basic management principles such as planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. Management of educational facilities and infrastructure in the school is also effective and efficient, namely achieving educational goals and objectives by utilizing existing resources as effectively and efficiently as possible. This study provides several suggestions to improve the quality of educational facilities and infrastructure management in the school, including improving communication and coordination between the Foundation, administration, and school principals and using a questionnaire system to determine the priority of facilities and infrastructure needs.
