Abstract
- A study conducted by the Free University Bolzano in Italy explores the benefits of choral singing in university choirs. The research highlights how university choirs provide an inclusive and intercultural environment, fostering interaction between individuals of different backgrounds. The study suggests that collective singing promotes emotional, social, and cognitive well-being among choristers, particularly through face-to-face interaction and active participation in rehearsals and concerts. The research has been peer-reviewed and can be accessed in the International Journal of Community Music. [Extracted from the article]
