Abstract

A study conducted by researchers at Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang in Indonesia examined the correlation between the caring behavior of nurses and the motivation of patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy. The study found that 48.7% of patients perceived nurses' caring behavior as poor, and 47.8% of patients had low motivation for undergoing hemodialysis. However, there was a significant relationship between nurses' caring behavior and patient motivation, indicating that improving nurses' behavior could increase patient motivation. The study suggests that optimizing nurses' caring behavior is important for providing support to patients during treatment. [Extracted from the article]
