Abstract
- The article discusses China's advancements in space exploration, including Kyrgyzstan joining its International Lunar Research Station (ILRS) project, Russia's collaboration with China on a lunar nuclear reactor for ILRS, and China's advocacy for international space law discussions on lunar ice mining rules at the United Nations.
