Research on Improving Welding Quality for Balance Beam of Dozer.

Cracking fault of the balance beam of the B-series dozer is systematically studied and judged, and it is systematically analyzed and improved in terms of sheets, cutting process, pairing gap control and welding process. After process improvement, 10 times of sample trial production are carried out, and after full UT (ultrasonic flaw detection) of 300 pieces in 2 months, the test results show that the internal quality of the balance beam weld is 100% qualified, which meets the requirements of the product design, thus fundamentally solving the weld defect problem of the balance beam of the dozer.
