- Presents a 40Ar/39Ar thermochronological analysis of Mesoproterozoic metamorphism in the Colorado Front Rage. Presence of staurolite, andalusite, cordierite, and garnet porphyroblasts overprinting earlier assemblages; Interpretation of muscovite and biotite ages; Observation of thermal effects for plutons, suggesting pervasive, regional crustal heating.
